About the Role

We are looking for a Director of Sales to take ownership of our full-cycle sales process. This role will take over founder-led sales and be responsible for driving new dealership partnerships across the United States.

This is a hands‑on revenue‑generating role. The Director of Sales will be responsible for sourcing opportunities, running demos, closing deals, and building repeatable sales processes as the company grows.

The majority of sales conversations and deal closures are conducted remotely via Zoom/video meetings with dealership decision makers including Dealer Principals, General Managers, and BDC Directors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting to signed agreement
  • Conduct discovery calls and high‑converting Zoom demos
  • Close new dealership partnerships across the U.S.
  • Maintain a strong and predictable pipeline
  • Manage and close inbound marketing leadsGenerate outbound pipeline through cold outreach, email, and LinkedIn
  • Build relationships with dealership decision‑makers
  • Personalise presentations based on dealership operations and pain points
  • Control the sales process and confidently handle objections

Sales Process & Revenue Growth

  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
  • Collaborate with leadership on improving sales messaging
  • Provide insights on product positioning and customer needs

Required Experience

  • 5–8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling software to franchise car dealerships is REQUIRED
  • Proven success closing deals remotely via Zoom or video meetings
  • Experience owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Strong inbound and outbound sales experience
  • Consistent record of exceeding quota
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment

Compensation

Compensation Structure:

  • 50% Base / 50% Commission
  • Uncapped commission
  • Accelerator for exceeding quota
