Performance-Based Compensation

Base: $75K–$100K

Year 1 Target Total Comp: $140K–$195K

3-Year Potential: $250K–$300K+ tied to measurable revenue growth

WHAT YOU OWN

  • Recruit and develop high-performing producers
  • Install non-negotiable activity and pipeline standards
  • Coach performance consistently and directly
  • Improve close ratios and speed-to-revenue
  • Build forecasting leadership can rely on

This is not a maintenance role.

This is a build-and‑scale mandate.

YOU’RE LIKELY A FIT IF YOU HAVE

  • Personally built meaningful recurring revenue OR
  • Successfully led revenue-producing professionals
  • Experience in insurance, benefits, payroll/PEO, or related consultative B2B
  • A track record of holding people accountable to numbers
  • Comfort working inside CRM and with measurable KPIs
  • You don’t need a specific degree, simply proof you can build a sales engine.

  • Producers hitting defined activity standards
  • Predictable new business growth
  • Revenue growth tied directly to people and systems you install
