Base: $75K–$100K
Year 1 Target Total Comp: $140K–$195K
3-Year Potential: $250K–$300K+ tied to measurable revenue growth

This is a build-and‑scale mandate.
YOU’RE LIKELY A FIT IF YOU HAVE
- Personally built meaningful recurring revenue OR
- Successfully led revenue-producing professionals
- Experience in insurance, benefits, payroll/PEO, or related consultative B2B
- A track record of holding people accountable to numbers
- Comfort working inside CRM and with measurable KPIs
- You don’t need a specific degree, simply proof you can build a sales engine.
