Role Description
The Director of Global Sales - Midatlantic will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, driving revenue, and promoting ALHI’s portfolio of luxury hotels and venues in the Mid-Atlantic market. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and conducting proactive outreach to meeting planners and decision-makers. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Washington DC-Baltimore area, requiring travel to meet with clients and attend industry events to represent ALHI.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, client relationship management, and business development skills
- Extensive experience in the hospitality, meeting, or event planning industry
- Proven ability to create and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate within a professional team environment and cultivate relationships
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and technology
- Willingness to travel and maintain flexibility to accommodate clients’ schedules
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
