What You’ll Do As a National Sales Manager

  • Contact new customers to secure sales using your unique skills and competencies.
  • Develop systems and processes for effective prospect identification, qualification, and management.
  • Sell and close new shippers and build a book of business.
  • Carry out strategies through prospect contact, proposal development, presentation, effective follow-up, and account management.
  • Work with transportation brokers to maximize the volume of loads from new customers through ongoing sales meetings and strategy sessions.
  • Uphold the company standard following the company principles of Customer, Company, Office.

What You Bring to the Table!

  • 3+ years minimum non-asset based 3PL sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience in Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and/or LTL freight.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective problem resolution abilities.
  • Self-motivated and driven with eagerness to work as a team player.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Driven, dependable, and eager to learn.
  • Natural communicator with strong people skills.
  • Computer & technology literate.
