A fast-scaling AI-enabled marketplace is hiring a high-performance SDR to drive new business across mid-market and enterprise accounts. As an early GTM hire, you’ll help shape outbound strategy, experiment with new motions, and fuel rapid growth. This role is perfect for someone who’s hungry, creative, and thrives in high-velocity environments.
What You’ll Do
- Generate pipeline through outbound and inbound qualification
- Run consultative discovery and identify high-value opportunities
- Build top-of-funnel through warm and cold outreach
- Test new GTM experiments and refine messaging
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce
- Train toward an Account Executive role
What You Bring
- 1–5 years as a top-performing SDR or AE
- Consistent track record of beating quota
- Strong outbound ability and creative problem solving
- High initiative, fast execution, and a bias for action
