Where is This Role?
Remote candidates in the U.S. are welcome, but strong preference is for candidates within the Midwest footprint: Louisville, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Chicago.
Account Director – Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of senior‑level client accounts, providing strategic insight and counsel
- Lead cross‑functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives
- Drive account growth through comprehensive account growth plans and thought leadership initiatives
- Mentor and coach junior account teammates
- Ensure successful project outcomes, client alignment, and adherence to timelines, scope, and budget
Qualifications
- 8+ years of agency account management experience, including senior client engagement
- Superior communication and relationship‑management skills with C‑suite clients
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and advertising services
- Experience developing strategic initiatives and marketing plans
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
What We Offer
Competitive salary $210,000‑$250,000 with bonus potential.
