A regional mentoring organization is looking for a Development Director to lead and grow fundraising efforts. This role focuses on rebuilding revenue and diversifying funding sources. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and over 5 years of development experience. Responsibilities include implementing a fundraising plan, managing grant proposals, and cultivating donor relationships.
