Regional Sales Manager, Direct Sales (Northwest)

Location: Northwest Region, United States

Vestis is hiring 2 Regional Direct Sales Managers for the U.S. Northwest. Candidates must be located in the Northwest Region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with corporate objectives across multiple market centers specific to Direct Sales growth.
  • Coordinate direct sales growth plans and forecasts with Group Vice President’s, General Managers, and service teams, translating organizational priorities into sales initiatives within a matrix framework.
  • Lead and motivate customer-facing sales and service teams to improve performance and collaboration.
  • Evaluate, develop, and lead sales training within sales and service teams (AE, RAE, RSR, TM, GM GVP) for existing business growth opportunities using a consultative selling approach.
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally to ensure overall success of new sales.
  • Assist in selling Direct Sale Target Accounts.
  • Drive sales growth through data-driven performance management and pipeline optimization.
  • Monitor key metrics (revenue, margin, forecast accuracy) and take corrective action when needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong track record of accomplishments and demonstrated success managing sales professionals using formal activity guidelines and technology-based measurement systems.
  • Professional presence and proficiency in consultative selling skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact-management software such as Salesforce, ACT, etc.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum two years business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation, preferably selling a service.
  • Minimum three years managing sales professionals using an account management approach (prospecting, selling, growing, maintaining, and retaining accounts).

License & Certifications

Valid driver’s license.

Working Environment & Physical Requirements

Must be willing to travel, including overnight travel.
