Overview

Project: One Preppy Devil: Confessions of the Fugazzi Kid (Kohler Books, Nov 2026). Role: 100% Commission | 1099 Contractor | Remote.

We are bypassing the slow retail bookstore grind. I am looking for a killer B2B closer to drive massive, non‑returnable bulk book sales. Commissions are paid strictly on net cash collected.

Compensation

• Tier 1 (The Baseline): 1 to 500 books sold – 10% commission ($2.00 per book)
• Tier 2 (The Momentum): 501 to 1,000 books sold – 15% commission ($3.00 per book)
• Tier 3 (The Volume): 1,001 to 1,500+ books sold – 20% commission ($4.00 per book)
• Whale Bonus: Single PO of 1,000+ – 25% commission ($5.00 per book)
• Enterprise mega‑deals (<$18/unit) require pre‑approval and are subject to a flat 10% commission to protect baseline printing margins.

One Preppy Devil is a true‑crime investigative memoir. The hook: “The Architecture of the Lie,” an insider’s autopsy of the American elite, Wall Street, and wealth—fueled by firsthand experience on the trading floor at Cantor Fitzgerald.

Playbook
