Base Pay Range

$150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue and market expansion goals.
  2. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  3. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, cold-calling, and industry events.
  4. Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, department heads, IT decision-makers, and Key Opinion Leaders.
  5. Consultative Selling: Tailor sales presentations to address the specific needs of different customer segments, showcasing our digital health tools.
  6. Product Knowledge: Become an expert in our solutions, demonstrating their features and benefits.
  7. Sales Negotiation: Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and close deals to meet sales targets.
  8. Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
  9. Collaborative Approach: Work closely with leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support.
  10. Sales Training and Team Building: Within 6-12 months, recruit and develop a high-performing sales team to accelerate growth.

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of successful B2B sales experience, with at least 5+ years in healthcare sales.
  • Experience selling to hospital systems, clinics, pharma, or CROs, with a deep understanding of healthcare operations and decision-making.
  • Strong network within the healthcare, hospital, pharma, or CRO research space is highly desirable.
  • Leadership experience in managing small sales teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building trust with decision-makers.
  • Ability to align client needs with our digital health solutions through solution selling.
