Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue and market expansion goals.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, cold-calling, and industry events.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, department heads, IT decision-makers, and Key Opinion Leaders.
- Consultative Selling: Tailor sales presentations to address the specific needs of different customer segments, showcasing our digital health tools.
- Product Knowledge: Become an expert in our solutions, demonstrating their features and benefits.
- Sales Negotiation: Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support.
- Sales Training and Team Building: Within 6-12 months, recruit and develop a high-performing sales team to accelerate growth.
Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of successful B2B sales experience, with at least 5+ years in healthcare sales.
- Experience selling to hospital systems, clinics, pharma, or CROs, with a deep understanding of healthcare operations and decision-making.
- Strong network within the healthcare, hospital, pharma, or CRO research space is highly desirable.
- Leadership experience in managing small sales teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building trust with decision-makers.
- Ability to align client needs with our digital health solutions through solution selling.
