What you’ll do

  • Own retail channel forecasting, consolidating account plans into accurate demand forecasts and aligning retail inputs with global demand planning.
  • Ensure retail inventory levels align with sell-in forecasts, retailer commitments, and in-stock targets while maintaining healthy inventory turns.
  • Lead monthly retail forecast reviews and drive cross-functional S&OP alignment across Sales, Operations, and Finance.
  • Manage and develop three Sales Operations Specialists aligned by retail channel.
  • Monitor and improve retail KPIs including forecast accuracy, sell-in vs. sell-through, fill rate, OTIF compliance, deduction rates, and trade spend ROI.
  • Partner closely with Finance to ensure pricing accuracy, trade spend control, margin visibility, and forecast integrity.
  • Oversee retail order execution and routing compliance in partnership with Logistics and 3PL partners.
  • Provide retail demand signals to inform production planning and support scalable growth.
  • Directly oversee retail-related 3PL performance, including service-level KPIs, process accuracy, and participation in annual RFP evaluations in partnership with the Head of Retail.
  • Build and continuously improve operational systems and processes to support expanding retail distribution.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting on retail revenue visibility, inventory position, performance trends, and operational risks.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in retail operations, demand planning, supply chain, or revenue operations within consumer goods.
  • Experience forecasting across multi-channel retail environments.
  • Strong S&OP leadership and cross-functional alignment skills.
  • Proven ability to translate account plans into demand and inventory forecasts.
  • Experience leading and developing operational teams.
  • Hands-on oversight of 3PL performance and retail compliance standards.
  • Working knowledge of trade spend, deductions, and gross-to-net impact.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen; ERP/BI system fluency.
  • Strategic thinker who can operate hands-on in a lean, high-growth environment.
  • Experience supporting high-growth or scaling brands preferred.
