Director of Finance
Macdonald & Company, Houston, TX, United States
Overview
Macdonald & Company is pleased to be exclusively retained to find and appoint a Director of Finance for a Family Office based in Houston. The role is in office full time.
We are seeking a highly capable, hands-on finance leader to join a Houston-based family office overseeing a diverse portfolio of private investments across equity, credit, and structured opportunities. The role will initially focus on supporting a broad range of investments and family office activities, including portfolio companies, SPVs, and personal investment entities. Over time, the platform intends to launch an SBIC fund, and this role will help prepare the financial infrastructure and reporting capabilities to support that future initiative.
This is an entrepreneurial environment where you’ll work directly with the principals, taking ownership of the details while contributing to strategic decision-making as the investment platform continues to evolve.
