About the Role

3R Talent is seeking an experienced Director of Finance for our client, a global industrial organization. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for finance operations across the US and UK, while also leading HR, IT, and administrative functions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all finance and accounting functions in the US and UK.
• Oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, tax compliance, and insurance programs.
• Provide strategic insights on profitability, pricing, and business performance.
• Guide HR operations including payroll, benefits, and 401(k) plan oversight.
• Oversee IT systems and ERP strategy to support growth.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-border finance team.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
• 10+ years in senior finance leadership (manufacturing/engineering/industrial a plus).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and UK financial reporting.
• Proven experience managing cross-border teams and multi-entity operations.
• ERP systems and process improvement experience.
• HR/IT leadership and 401(k) plan administration experience strongly valued.
