Director of Finance

LHH has partnered with a professional services firm in their search for a Director of Finance . This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly reputable professional services organization where collaboration, trust, and strategic growth are at the forefront.

Title: Director of Finance

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days/week in Seattle office; 5 days in office to start)

Location: Seattle, WA

Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial operations, including GL maintenance, reporting, cash flow, and budgeting
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and KPIs to support firm leadership
• Manage banking and investment relationships alongside C-suite leadership
• Oversee internal controls, compliance, payroll, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team while driving operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• Professional services industry experience
• Proven leadership ability with strong communication and analytical skills
• Comfortable presenting monthly financials to firm leadership
