LHH has partnered with a professional services firm in their search for a Director of Finance. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly reputable professional services organization where collaboration, trust, and strategic growth are at the forefront. Title: Director of Finance Work Model: Hybrid (3 days/week in Seattle office; 5 days in office to start) Location: Seattle, WA Responsibilities: Lead all financial operations, including GL maintenance, reporting, cash flow, and budgeting Prepare and analyze financial statements and KPIs to support firm leadership Manage banking and investment relationships alongside C-suite leadership Oversee internal controls, compliance, payroll, tax filings, and regulatory reporting Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team while driving operational efficiency Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience Professional services industry experience Proven leadership ability with strong communication and analytical skills Comfortable presenting monthly financials to firm leadership Compensation: Base salary: $165,000 $225,000 Profit sharing Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with employer profit-sharing contributions Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave Life and disability insurance Flexible spending accounts Paid parental leave Pay Details: $165,000.00 to $225,000.00 per year Search managed by: Virginia McKenzie Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply Ref: US_EN_27_814342_3117376
