Overview

We are a leading Healthcare SaaS startup delivering software solutions seeking a Vice President, Strategic Accounts to lead strategic client relationships and be responsible for revenue growth, retention, and expansion on our largest accounts.

We provide SaaS solutions to support administrative, financial, and operational workflows for healthcare organizations.

The VP of Strategic Accounts will lead a team responsible for retention, expansion, and long-term value creation within a portfolio of enterprise clients . This leader will combine strong customer leadership with commercial ownership, driving revenue growth while ensuring customers fully realize the value of the platform.

This role will oversee a team of quota-carrying Account Managers and serve as the executive relationship owner for several key strategic accounts .

Revenue Growth & Expansion

  • Own and deliver net revenue retention and expansion targets across the enterprise client portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities to expand platform adoption across additional departments, locations, and affiliated organizations within existing clients.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to develop account-based growth strategies .
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce .

Strategic Client Leadership

  • Serve as executive sponsor for key enterprise accounts.
  • Lead retention strategies for complex accounts, ensuring strong adoption and measurable value realization.
  • Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives and operational leaders .
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Managers .
  • Establish clear expectations around quota attainment, account planning, and client engagement.
  • Coach team members on complex deal strategy and enterprise relationship management .

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure strong customer outcomes.
  • Provide voice-of-customer insight to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Account Management or Client Leadership experience within healthcare technology or SaaS
  • Proven track record of expanding revenue within existing enterprise clients
  • Experience leading quota-carrying Account Management teams
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and technology solutions
  • Expertise with Salesforce forecasting and pipeline management
  • Experience managing complex enterprise client relationships

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling software or technology solutions into healthcare providers or healthcare service organizations
  • History of driving strong net revenue retention and expansion metrics
  • Experience scaling enterprise account management teams in a SaaS environment
