Head of Finance | YC-Backed B2B SaaS | $10M ARR

We are retained on a Head of Finance (first strategic finance hire) search with a YC-backed B2B SaaS company transforming how consumer brands manage financial operations.

The company has built a purpose-built financial operations platform for brands operating in large retail environments, replacing manual workflows with automation, data visibility, and integrated systems. They operate in a large, underserved vertical with strong retention and expansion dynamics.

The business is at a meaningful inflection point.

This is a high-retention vertical SaaS business with real product-market fit and institutional backing.

The Opportunity

This will be the first internal finance leader. Finance has been founder-led with outsourced accounting support.

You will:

• Build the finance function from the ground up
• Hire and manage FP&A and a Controller
• Own budgeting, forecasting, board reporting, and KPI infrastructure
• Partner with the CEO on pricing strategy, GTM efficiency, and capital allocation
• Lead preparation and execution of the next institutional fundraise

This is a strategic, board-facing role with a clear path toward CFO.

Ideal Background

• 8–12+ years in B2B SaaS finance
• Experience scaling from ~$10M toward $30M+ ARR
• Background in investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance preferred
• Comfortable operating hands-on while building a team
