Minimum 3 Years Of Construction Estimating Experience Preferred.
Responsibilities
- Interpret project documents from conceptual design through construction documents
- Quantity take-off, preliminary budgeting, value analysis
- Subcontractor solicitation, development of bid forms, scope sheets, and subcontract documents
- Communication with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain accurate pricing information
- Sub/supplier database maintenance and networking with events
- Document distribution, working with clients and designers to establish project parameters
- Assist other procurement team members
Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong history with Microsoft Excel
- OST experience; SmartBidNet and EarthWorks are helpful
