Position Overview

We are seeking a Sr. Associate of Real Estate Acquisitions to join TerraPact’s Acquisitions Team. In this high-impact role, you'll be on the front lines, responsible for originating and driving a pipeline of acquisition opportunities with the objective of closing deals. You will be acquiring real estate interests related to critical digital infrastructure assets – such as cell towers, fiber optic cables, data centers, pipelines, electrical conduit – and your primary focus will be on proactively engaging potential sellers through tech-enabled cold outreach campaigns executed against a provided lead list. As these opportunities mature, you will project manage the various diligence and closing tasks, working closely with sellers and our legal/finance/integration teams to ensure a smooth closing process. What You Can Offer Us

  • Driving Deal Flow: Proactively executing highly targeted outreach to a defined list of sellers, successfully converting initial conversations into executed deals.
  • Transaction Expertise: Apply industry and transactional knowledge to structure, value, and execute the acquisition of real estate interests across our key asset classes.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required (Finance or Economics preferred).
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development or sales (Real estate sales or acquisition experience is a plus).
  • Outreach Expertise: Highly comfortable and proven success with multi-touchpoint cold outreach campaigns (phone, email, etc.), as a vast majority of transactions originate via proactive engagement and phone calls.
  • Ownership & Delivery: Exceptional organizational, planning, and autonomous project management skills, with the proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively and professionally across diverse functional groups and employee levels to achieve results.
