Director of Recruitment and Business Development
A large consumer goods company near Glendale Heights is looking to add a Senior Director of Finance to their team. The role is open due to a promotion. This company averages over $450M in annual revenue and has gone through tremendous growth over the last 5 years. Please read below for more details!
Responsibilities:
- Meet with senior leaders to review financial results, discuss upcoming opportunities and create forward-looking forecasts
- Provide guidance to the junior finance team
- Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process for various distribution centers
- Work with FP&A team members to generate and distribute financial reporting
- Report financial findings to other members of the executive leadership team and implement strategies to help company performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced degree; a plus
- 10+ years in a director level position
- 5+ years of experience in distribution, manufacturing, or related field
- Strong attention to detail
