About the Role

We are partnering with a rapidly expanding Florida-based financial institution to build a middle market capital markets platform. We are seeking senior investment banking producers with a demonstrated track record of originating and executing $100M to $500M transactions. This is not an execution-only role. We are seeking senior bankers with proven origination capability and existing sponsor and corporate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and execute middle market transactions ranging from $100M to $500M
• Lead debt capital markets, leveraged finance, and acquisition financing mandates
• Maintain and expand relationships with private equity sponsors and corporate CFOs
• Structure, price, and syndicate transactions
• Drive revenue growth within the capital markets platform
• Collaborate with senior leadership to expand market presence in Florida and the Southeast

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of investment banking or capital markets experience
• Current or recent title: Managing Director, Director, or Senior Vice President in Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, Debt Capital Markets, or Sponsor Coverage
• Documented experience leading $100M–$500M transactions
• Proven revenue generation and origination track record
• Strong private equity sponsor and middle market corporate relationships
• Experience within a recognized investment bank or middle market platform

Strongly Preferred

• Florida or Southeast market experience
• Portable book of business
• History of generating multi-million-dollar annual advisory or financing revenue

Compensation

• Competitive base salary
• Highly competitive production-based incentive structure
• Upside participation tied to transaction revenue
