Overview
SNI Financial is partnering with a multi-billion-dollar private equity real estate investment platform in New York to identify a strategic Real Estate Finance Executive. This highly visible role reports directly to the CFO and will oversee fund finance, tax structuring, liquidity management, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership. Ideal candidates will bring a strong blend of public/private accounting experience and executive presence. The position offers a clear career trajectory and a flexible hybrid schedule (2 days remote).

Responsibilities
- Oversee fund finance, tax structuring, liquidity management, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership.
Qualifications
- 20+ years of experience (combination of public accounting + in-house experience)
- Experience with fund oversight, tax structuring, and deal advisory/support
- Credit Fund or Private Investments experience highly preferred
- Strong leadership experience (multi-site or remote teams)
- Experience managing the external audit and strong US GAAP
- CPA required
