Key Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting and finance functions including general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Oversee cash management, banking relationships, and internal controls
- Partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning and business growth initiatives
- Manage audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Develop, mentor, and lead the accounting and finance team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
- Progressive leadership experience in accounting and finance, including management of teams
- Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with senior leadership
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
