Role Purpose

The Director, AI Implementation, is responsible for shaping and implementing the marketing system of the future for The Coca-Cola Company in North America. This role leads the integration of AI and GenAI tool into marketing workflows, planning, and innovation. The Director will champion the Marketing Renaissance by driving adoption, enablement, and governance of AI-powered solutions, ensuring all teams maximize their impact and capabilities.

What You Will Do for Us

Lead AI & GenAI Integration

  • Oversee the integration of AI and GenAI tools into marketing workflows, campaign planning, and innovation processes.
  • Drive the rollout and user adoption of AI-powered solutions across the NAOU marketing ecosystem, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives.

Enablement & Training

  • Build AI literacy and foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and tech-enabled ways of working.

Collaboration & Governance

  • Collaborate with MarTech, Data, and Technology teams across the enterprise to ensure robust AI governance, integration, and compliance.

Innovation & System Transformation

  • Champion the marketing renaissance by sharing the vision and system of the future, inspiring teams to embrace new technologies and approaches.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and GenAI for personalization, automation, and performance optimization across all marketing channels.

Quality & Compliance

  • Implement quality control and governance mechanisms to ensure brand integrity, data privacy, and compliance across all AI-generated content and processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing technology, AI/GenAI integration, or digital innovation within a marketing or agency environment.
  • Proven expertise in deploying AI and GenAI solutions in large-scale marketing operations.
  • Strong understanding of MarTech stacks, marketing workflows, and data-driven content systems.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving technology adoption.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and change leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with enterprise AI governance, data privacy, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with training, enablement, and capability building for AI-powered solutions.
  • Passion for innovation, digital transformation, and scaling marketing excellence.
