Outside Sales Representative

We are a growing chain of locally trusted hardware stores looking for an

Outside Sales Representative

at our Bandon, Oregon location to build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and commercial customers across our market.

What You'll Do: Develop and grow new contractor and commercial accounts

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits and follow-ups

Promote products, services, and special programs offered by our stores

Prepare quotes, pricing, and sales proposals

Collaborate with in-store teams to ensure excellent service and order fulfillment

Track sales activity and meet or exceed sales goals

Qualifications

What We're Looking For: Previous outside sales experience (hardware, lumber, or building materials strongly preferred)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently

Knowledge of construction, tools, and building supplies

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Comfortable using basic sales and CRM tools
