Responsibilities
Welcome, engage, and build rapport with every customer, providing design advice and product knowledge in-store and virtually.
Translate client needs into custom design solutions, presenting compelling proposals and closing sales with confidence.
Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, and smart outreach, nurturing a strong client book.
Manage the sales cycle, ensuring accurate order configuration and smooth project handoffs, keeping clients thrilled.
Stay ahead of design trends and market shifts to offer innovative solutions.
Work with team members to maintain showroom excellence and achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
Proven sales and/or design experience, ideally in a retail or client-facing role.
Exceptional communication (verbal/written) and active listening skills.
A genuine passion for design, home aesthetics, and helping people.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Creative skills to develop appealing design solutions.
3+ year experience in the Design Industry, collaboration with Designers.
