We are a small, family-owned concrete construction company seeking a Concrete Cutting & Demo Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing plans, preparing bids, and estimating materials and labor for concrete cutting and demolition projects. Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to read and interpret construction drawings are required. Responsibilities include:
* Reviewing project drawings and specifications * Preparing accurate cost estimates and proposals * Communicating with suppliers, vendors, and contractors * Assisting with bid preparation and submission
