About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Area Director to oversee 5–7 Wendy’s locations. You’ll lead high-performing teams, drive operational excellence, and serve as the critical link between our restaurant leaders and support teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of General Managers across multiple restaurants
• Ensure strong restaurant operations: COGS, labor, cleanliness, guest experience, and food safety
• Drive sales, execute local marketing plans, and uphold brand standards
• Partner with HR and Training to develop and retain top talent
• Communicate priorities and ensure accountability across your district

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as an Area Director, District Manager, Director of Ops, or similar
• Background in QSR with drive-thru experience (Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Taco Bell, Arby’s, Chick-fil-A, etc.)
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for team development
• Proven ability to hit operational targets and build high-performing teams
• Must be comfortable with 75% travel within a defined geographic area
