The Role

  • Lead the origination and negotiation of complex agreements with utilities, ensuring commercially robust and bankable projects.
  • Own your portfolio of high-value transmission projects, taking projects from initial opportunity to execution.
  • Mentor colleagues and contribute to the development of commercial strategies, influencing the company’s growth.

The Candidate

  • Senior-level experience in utilities, power markets, or transmission origination, with strong commercial negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in structuring and closing complex agreements such as PPAs, interconnection agreements, or transmission contracts.
  • Deep understanding of US energy markets, regulatory frameworks, and transmission infrastructure.
