Senior Director, 3PL Operations
Wealthy Group of Companies LLC, Stamford, CT, United States
We are a fast-growing logistics and fulfillment organization providing end-to-end third-party logistics (3PL) solutions for e-commerce brands, retailers, and direct-to-consumer companies across the United States. Our company specializes in warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution services that allow businesses to scale efficiently without building their own logistics infrastructure. By combining modern technology, operational expertise, and strategically located fulfillment centers, we help clients streamline their supply chains and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Our operations currently span multiple facilities across the country, supporting a diverse client base that relies on speed, accuracy, and operational excellence. As our business continues to grow rapidly, we are expanding our physical footprint, investing in new facilities, and strengthening our leadership team. This role represents a critical hire for the organization as we continue scaling our operational capabilities and building a world-class logistics network.
We are seeking an exceptional operations leader to oversee and elevate our national fulfillment and warehouse operations. This individual will be responsible for leading the performance, efficiency, and scalability of our current facilities while helping guide the strategic expansion of additional warehouse locations. The ideal candidate is not simply an operator—they are a builder, strategist, and mentor who can bring best-in-class logistics practices into a growing organization. This role will be based in Connecticut and requires close proximity to our East Coast warehouse facility, where the majority of operational leadership will occur. The position will also require periodic travel to our West Coast warehouse in California to ensure alignment across locations and to support operational development. In addition, this leader will play a key role in planning, launching, and operationalizing a third warehouse as the company expands its national footprint. We are specifically looking for someone who brings deep 3PL experience and who can introduce new systems, processes, and operational standards that will elevate the organization. The right candidate will be someone who can teach, mentor, and guide the executive team on operational excellence while building scalable processes that support significant growth.
