Title: IT Director - Senior Business Subject Matter Expert 1
Location: Onsite in Wilmington, DE. Hybrid after training and onboarding, with potential full conversion for the proven candidate.

Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred).
Demonstrated executive‑level technical leadership—this role requires more than project or portfolio management experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience leading technical teams, with direct responsibility for systems, platforms, or infrastructure.
Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing enterprise IT functions.
Strong technical fundamentals across:
- Infrastructure (On‑Prem and/or cloud)
- Data platforms and integrations
- Cybersecurity and operational resilience
Deep expertise in at least one major IT domain, such as:
- Cybersecurity
- Applications development and support
- Data and analytics
- IT operations and infrastructure
- Governance, risk, and compliance
