As a Multimedia Specialist with MTSI, you will work to create compelling multimedia products to train, educate, and engage demanding audiences. You will manage multimedia projects from concept to completion, using industry-standard tools and techniques to visualize data, engineering analysis, and advanced concepts.

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:

• Create, manage, and deliver high-quality multimedia content across various platforms, including video, audio, graphics, and interactive media using a combination of 2D, 3D, and video production skillsets.
• Maintain overall design and quality control of multimedia products produced in collaboration with the team.
• Be a skilled master in graphical design, composition, presentation, animation, and audiovisual production, using the latest software and hardware standards as well as new/emerging tools.
• Train and instruct personnel in new/emerging graphic, video, and animation creation, and audiovisual editing, mixing, and compression techniques.
• Foster innovation and creativity within the team, encouraging new ideas and approaches.
• Maintain expert knowledge in the fields of graphics, video and animation formats, recording, and electronic transmission technologies.
• Continuously demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and critical internal/external customer relationships unsupervised, and lead others to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate mastery of a topic before training others; share experience, provide constructive criticism, and learn collaboratively.
• Be recognized as an external/internal thought leader within your strategic function, contributing innovation that influences change and advancement of the profession and adopting external best practices.
• Anticipate internal and/or external customer challenges, recommending process or product improvements.
• Lead and manage internal and cross‑functional teams to achieve milestones and objectives.
• Receive direction from senior leaders and translate guidance into actionable tasks for yourself or the project team.
• Lead large and significant initiatives that impact the business on a company‑wide scale.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant industry work experience.
• Development and delivery of multiple projects utilizing various multimedia workflows from start to finish.
• Mastery of multiple multimedia software tools and workflows.
• Ability to work with unique engineering data to drive visual content in animation and/or game engine software.
• Excellent storytelling and creative skills.
• Proven track record in managing large‑scale multimedia projects on tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly adopt changing technologies and innovative industry tools to solve creative challenges for customers and projects.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's of Science degree in a related field.
• Technical Master's degree – Desired.

Clearance Requirements

• TS/SCI with previous SAP experience required.
