Role Description
This is a full-time 70/30 in office/hybrid role for a Sales Director, located in Los Angeles, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Director will oversee sales operations, drive business development, and manage customer service initiatives. The job requires working as part of a sales team, developing sales strategies, negotiating with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires collaboration with the marketing team to align sales and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Experience in Sales Operations and Customer Service in the Beauty industry or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the cosmetic packaging industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
