We are looking for a Director / Head of Aftermarket (m/f/d) for Westfalia-Automotive Group's aftermarket division to join us as shortly as possible.

Duties/responsibilities:

• Management responsibility for sales, product management, customer service and after-sales service for the independent aftermarket (IAM) of Westfalia-Automotive Group's product groups
• Development and responsibility for IAM sales, product and pricing strategy
• Responsibility for technical customer service and after-sales service
• Financial accountability for the area of responsibility
• Responsibility for short- and medium-term sales and revenue planning
• Maintenance and further development of domestic and international customer relationships
• Market and competitor analysis
• Management and training of employees in the area of responsibility
• Accountability for all processes and procedures in the area of responsibility, including ensuring audit compliance and adherence to the requirements of the integrated management system and department-specific standards
• Regular reporting to senior management

Profile:

• Successfully completed academic education related to the field of activity
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position in the automotive industry
• In-depth experience in the aftermarket parts segment and in the development and implementation of aftermarket concepts
• Proven strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Experience in project management
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary international environment
