Sales & Business Growth

  • Own the membership sales process from lead management to close
  • Drive lead outreach calls weekly to book prospects
  • Track KPIs and studio performance metrics
  • Execute marketing initiatives and local partnerships

Client Experience & Retention

  • Ensure a best-in-class client experience from onboarding through long-term retention
  • Build strong relationships with members and maintain a community-focused environment
  • Address client concerns and feedback proactively
  • Oversee member check-ins, goal setting, and progress tracking

Operations & Administration

  • Manage daily studio operations, scheduling, and staff coverage
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and brand standards
  • Handle basic administrative tasks (client account management)
  • Ensure systems and processes are followed consistently

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in fitness, wellness or health-related field (preferred)
  • Proven track record in sales and/or client relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask
  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
  • Ability to lead by example and take ownership of results

What Makes You a Great Fit
