Schedule: 1st Shift: 8:30AM
5PM Plus overtime
Pay Rate: $20 / hour
Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with product information, order status, and delivery updates while providing professional and timely support. This role focuses on resolving customer inquiries and issues, coordinating requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is bilingual, highly organized, and able to communicate effectively while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities: Communicate with customers regarding products, delivery, order status, and answer inquiries. Proactively resolve escalated customer issues. Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills in person and on the phone. Demonstrate excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with a team. Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management. Customer-focused with the ability to process, expedite and follow up on customer requests. Must be organized, and must assist with special projects and other responsibilities when needed.
What Were Looking For: Bilingual in English and
Italian
, with clear verbal and written communication skills in both languages Previous customer service experience preferred Ability to handle customer questions, complaints, and requests in a professional manner Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Excellent listening skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable using computers for email, data entry, and Microsoft Office tasks Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and dependable attendance High school diploma or equivalent preferred
