This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, processing and monitoring orders, overseeing freight solicitation, and negotiating market rates. Responsibilities: Monitor customer freight to proactively identify and resolve service issues. Recommend adjustments in response to fluctuations in freight volumes. Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of one year of customer service experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
