Medical Benefits Vision and Dental PTO The Sales Support Order Fulfillment Specialist II is responsible for managing the order fulfillment process for assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing, shipment, and communication. Supports general and moderately complex accounts, working closely with internal teams to maintain service standards and resolve routine issues and contributes to process improvements, supports reporting needs, and assists with onboarding and training as needed. What you will do: Process customer orders via phone, email, and EDI, ensuring accuracy and timely entry. Monitor product availability and coordinate with supply planning and warehouse teams to meet delivery timelines. Review open orders and ensure data accuracy related to shipping dates, quantities, and confirmations. Confirm shipments and validate pricing for accurate invoicing. Serve as a point of contact for assigned accounts, providing updates on order status and resolving routine issues. Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure order accuracy and alignment with customer expectations. Assist with sample requests and coordinate with Sample Coordinators for timely delivery. Prepare and maintain reports related to order status, fulfillment metrics, and customer service KPIs. Support data entry and documentation for new customer setups and updates. Partner with logistics, warehouse, and supply planning teams to ensure smooth order execution. Communicate product availability and delivery changes to internal and external stakeholders. Identify and report process inefficiencies or recurring issues. Assist in implementing new procedures and tools to improve order accuracy and service levels. Support onboarding of new team members by sharing process knowledge and documentation. Participate in departmental training sessions and contribute to SOP updates as needed.
