We are seeking a reliable Industrial Painter to join a great metal fabrication team. This position involves applying protective coatings to structural steel components inside a shop environment using an airless spray system. Local metal fabricator. Great environment. Structural Steel Coating Tech Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 03:30pm) Operate airless spray equipment to apply paint and coatings to structural steel Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, masking, basic prep work) Experience with airless spray painting (or willingness to learn) Forklift experience, sit-down forklift, is a plus Ability to work in an industrial/shop environment Structural Steel Coating Tech Qualifications: Experience with airless spray painting (or willingness to learn) Forklift experience, especially sit-down forklift operation, is a plus Ability to work in an industrial/shop environment Attention to detail and strong work ethic Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
