Bilingual Representative
We are looking for a Bilingual Representative to support daily customer interactions in both English and Spanish. This role focuses on assisting customers with questions, resolving basic issues, and ensuring information is accurately recorded in internal systems. Communicate with customers through phone, email, or online messaging to answer questions and provide general support in both languages. Document conversations and updates in internal tracking systems with accurate data entry. Provide clear, courteous communication and maintain a professional tone in all interactions. Assist customers with routine account updates, information changes, or simple transaction support. Work with team members to share information, identify recurring issues, and help improve service processes. Ability to communicate clearly in English and Spanish. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail when entering or reviewing information. Comfortable handling a steady flow of customer inquiries. Professional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Willingness to work collaboratively and support general office tasks as needed. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Southaven, MS. The pay range for this position is $20.00/hr.
