Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packaging Line Lead to join their team. As a Packaging Line Lead, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the packaging and distribution process. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience operating forklifts, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team based work environment, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Coopersville, MI Pay Range: $20 Shift: 3rd What's the Job? Lead and work alongside team members on the packaging line to ensure efficient order fulfillment Operate and manage equipment such as forklifts safely and effectively Move pallets around the warehouse to facilitate smooth workflow Complete necessary paperwork accurately to maintain production records What's Needed? Leadership experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting required Experience operating forklifts preferred Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols Ability to pass a drug test and background check What's in it for me?
