Millwork Specialist-Warehouse
Starting Salary $16.50 with scheduled pay increases Employment Type: Hourly FT Department: Receiving/Warehouse Schedule: Mon-Fri 5 am to 1:30 pm Summary We're looking for dependable, motivated team members to join our Warehouse and Receiving team. In this role, you'll work closely with other departments to ensure materials are safely stored, accurately tracked, and ready for production. Your work helps keep operations running smoothly and supports the manufacturing of high-quality products. Duties and Responsibilities
Work with a team to receive, organize, and store materials safely and accurately Help ensure products meet quality specifications and arrive damage-free and on time Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, machinery, and power tools Maintain organized inventory and assist with tracking materials Support the manufacturing process by preparing and moving materials as needed Demonstrate strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required 12 years of forklift experience (electric / stand-up preferred) 13 years of warehouse experience Strong teamwork and communication skills Good basic math and counting skills Detail-oriented and organized Physical Demands
Standing and walking for much of the shift Lifting up to 75 pounds Bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and stretching Work Environment
Our warehouse environment includes moving machinery and equipment. Employees may occasionally work around heights and be exposed to dust, airborne particles, or varying temperatures depending on the weather. Some areas of the facility may have higher noise levels.
