We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Account Coordinator to support client accounts and ensure seamless service delivery. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact, coordinating internal processes while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage client accounts to ensure high-quality service delivery Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams Monitor account activity and ensure timely completion of tasks Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions Assist in resolving client inquiries and operational issues Support team initiatives and contribute to process improvements Ensure all services align with company standards and expectations Qualifications
