Responsibilities
Coordinate daily activities related to client service accounts and internal operations
Serve as a point of contact for account inquiries and service-related requests
Maintain accurate records and documentation for client accounts
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services
Monitor account performance and assist with resolving service issues
Support account managers with administrative and operational tasks
Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and account updates
Ensure a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all client interactions
Qualifications
