Job Description Skillbridge Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Service Account Coordinator

to support our client service operations in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will act as a key point of coordination between internal teams and clients, ensuring that service accounts are managed efficiently and that client needs are addressed promptly and professionally.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and committed to maintaining high standards of service and operational support.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily activities related to client service accounts and internal operations

Serve as a point of contact for account inquiries and service-related requests

Maintain accurate records and documentation for client accounts

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services

Monitor account performance and assist with resolving service issues

Support account managers with administrative and operational tasks

Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and account updates

Ensure a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all client interactions
