Handle 5060 inbound calls daily from members and healthcare providers Answer questions related to claims, benefits, and eligibility with accuracy and empathy Navigate internal systems to verify information and resolve inquiries in real time Collaborate with teammates and leadership to improve service quality and member satisfaction Participate in team bonding activities and contribute to a positive work culture Maintain professionalism while managing a high-volume call queue Skills and Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Previous call center experience Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
