Position Title: Entry-Level Claims Support Specialist
Overview of Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to homeowners throughout the insurance claims process
Learn to create and submit repair estimates using internal software tools
Serve as a point of contact for homeowners, insurance representatives, and internal departments
Monitor claim progress and follow up to ensure timely completion
Keep detailed records of communications and documentation
Collaborate with the Claims team to troubleshoot issues and support resolution efforts
Qualifications:
No prior experience in claims required-comprehensive training is provided
Proficient in typing and general computer use
Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic environment
Team player with a positive mindset and eagerness to grow
Additional Details:
Hourly rate: $18.00
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (overtime available)
Work setting: Onsite role based in Ramsey, MN
