Job Description

The Service Account Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the coordination of service activities and maintaining communication between clients and internal teams. This position ensures that service requests, account updates, and operational processes are handled efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks while ensuring a positive experience for our clients and internal teams. Responsibilities Coordinate service requests and account-related activities between clients and internal departments

Maintain accurate records of service schedules, updates, and account details

Assist with client communications regarding service updates, timelines, and follow-ups

Monitor service workflows to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule

Support account management teams with documentation, reporting, and administrative coordination

Identify opportunities to improve service processes and operational efficiency

Provide general operational support to ensure smooth daily service operations
