Personal Lines Technical Assistant Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Personal Lines Technical Assistant (PL Tech Assistant)
to join a team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional looking to grow their career in a supportive and fast-paced environment. Compensation Package Base Salary : $50,000 - $65,000 annually + bonus opportunities Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Assist with quoting new business for standard personal lines accounts (small to mid-market size) Provide exceptional customer service during the first 90 days of client onboarding Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives to ensure seamless client support Utilize Hawksoft software to manage and process accounts efficiently Support the Director of Operations and other team members in daily administrative and technical tasks Qualifications/Requirements Licenses : Active 4-40 license required; 20-44 license is a plus Experience : 2-3+ years of experience in personal lines insurance Technical Skills : Proficiency in Hawksoft software or similar platforms Soft Skills : Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team-oriented environment, adaptability to a fast-paced setting, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Work Arrangement : This is an onsite position in St. Petersburg, FL. Remote work is not available for this role.
