Personal Lines Customer Service Representative Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned and dedicated
Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
to join a team. This role is integral to providing exceptional service to the clients and maintaining the high standards of the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal lines insurance, with a preference for those familiar with Erie Insurance and Applied Epic software. This is an in-office position, with work-from-home options available only under special circumstances. Compensation Package Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Comprehensive 401(k) retirement plan Full benefits package (details provided upon request) Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to personal lines clients Handle standard-sized accounts and manage a book of business Assist with quoting new and renewal business Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and efficient operations Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Applied Epic software Qualifications/Requirements Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance preferred Experience with Erie Insurance and Applied Epic software is a significant advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, in-office environment Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
