
INTL - Remote Marketing Data Analyst/ Power BI Developer - India

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Data Analyst/ Power BI Developer to join our client's team in India. This individual will enable marketing effectiveness through campaign analytics, customer lifecycle insights, and targeting optimization. Key Responsibilities are shown below:
• Analyze campaign performance (conversion, uplift, ROI)
• Perform lifecycle, cohort, and retention analysis
• Evaluate promotions (fuel days, automated journeys, offers)
• Support audience targeting and segmentation strategies
• Build dashboards and reporting for marketing KPIs
• Ensure data quality and consistency across systems

Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst - Experience working with retail data around CRM, POS, and digital - Advanced experience working with SQL, specifically complex joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization, etc. - Coding experience with Databricks, specifically building pipelines, querying and processing tables, distributed computing, etc. - Experience working with Python (Pandas) and PySpark for large-scale processing - Extensive experience with Power BI, specifically data modeling, DAX, performance tuning, etc. - Experience with A/B testing design & measurement
Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Experience with CDP / marketing automation tools • Exposure to near real-time campaign tracking pipelines
